What are you all about?
Petpacks is a home delivery service that brings a selection of pet treats and toys straight to your front door.
Your pet will be overjoyed with their box full of the best toys, treats and surprises which we personally select and pack just for them!

Will you tell me what's coming in my PetPack?
Each box is a surprise! You can always be assured the goodies in your box will be specially picked to suit your pet. You’ll love discovering new brands and personal favourites.
My pet is huge/tiny, does PetPacks cater for me?
While we dont specifically cater for the size of your pet in our specialty boxes we aim to provide products that suit the teeniest tiniest to the humungous and everything in between.

What charities does PetPacks support?
PetPacks is in the business of loving animals, and that means we love to give back to our furry friends. We donate 10% of our profits to No-Kill shelters and rescue groups across Australia.

How do I know my pet will like PetPacks?
We search high and low for the best quality and variety of treats, toys and everything in between for your beloved pet. We are proud pet owners and lovers ourselves and have an army of furry friends that help us make the final selections so that we can be confident your furry friend will love their packs too!

Can I buy a PetPack for a gift/one off?
Absolutely!
Want a gift? PetPacks are for sharing. We have a great variety of Specialty boxes for new pets, birthdays and other celebrations and everything inbetween. We have a variety from ‘less to luxe’.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay for your PetPack using Visa & Mastercard via PayPal or through your PayPal account.

Can I have a free PetPack?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free samples in order for us to be able to give back to our animal crusaders in our nominated charities each and every month.
​
What about returns/exchanges?
For faulty goods we will accept returns or exchange.
For change of mind we are unable to offer credits or exchange. Please feel free to contact us for further discussion.

DELIVERY
Where does PetPacks deliver?
PetPacks deliver Australia wide.
All our specialty boxes include FREE delivery to standard Australian addresses.
Store purchases under $80 will incure a $15 delivery charge to standard Australian addresses.

What are my delivery options?
PetPacks can deliver to all residential and business addresses within Australia.
When will it get here?
Specialty Boxes are sent within 48 hours after your payment is received. Express posting within 24 hours is available at an additional cost .
Orders are sent via Australia Post or Startrack Courier service.
Can I track the delivery?
Absolutely! Once your pack has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details so you and your fury friend can check on its progress.

Oh No! Contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it further for you
Why am I being charged Shipping?
Shipping is payable on all store purchases under $80.
